Compactness theory of the space of Super Ricci flows

We develop a compactness theory for super Ricci flows, which lays the foundations partial regularity in Bamler (Structure Theory of Non-collapsed Limits Flows, arXiv:2009.03243 , 2020). Our results imply that any sequence flows same dimension is pointed an appropriate sense subsequentially converges to certain type synthetic flow, called metric flow. will study geometric and analytic properties this limiting as well convergence detail. also see that, under local curvature bounds, limit can be decomposed into regular singular part.
